That in no case should be left unattended:

  1. Selecting a city or country.
  2. Climate.
  3. Month and amount of time. You should not choose the hottest time for rest, it is not known how the child will react to the change in weather conditions. It is also better not to consider a long tour, especially if the baby is traveling for the first time.
  4. The duration of the flight and trip.
  5. Hotel selection. Make sure that the chosen hotel is equipped with everything you need for families with children: entertainment programs, quality food and water, a medical center, and a clean beach.
  6. Entertainment facilities - amusement parks, cafes with a children's table.
  7. Required documents.

It is not recommended to travel with very young children, the optimal age is from 5-6 years. Many parents start taking their children abroad earlier, for this it is necessary to think over the route more carefully.

Tips for a Successful Vacation

  • Regardless of the state of health of the child, before the vacation, you should definitely visit the local doctor and take the necessary tests. The local pediatrician will give recommendations that will help the mother to properly take care of the child in a foreign city or country.
  • Keep away from direct sunlight. Sunbathing should be taken in dosage. Start with 5 minutes and add 2-3 minutes every day. Under no circumstances should you be in the sun from 12:00 to 16:00. Use a tanning product with the highest level of protection.
  • You also need to get used to sea water gradually. Avoid hypothermia. Start swimming from a small inflatable pool with sea water, after a couple of days you can move to the sea.
  • Practice good hygiene. Wash your hands often. Fruits and vegetables purchased from local markets must be processed especially carefully.

Packing a suitcase

Be sure to make a list of the things you need beforehand so you don't miss out on important points. Clothing. A child will need 7 pairs of underpants and the same number of socks, shorts, several short-sleeved T-shirts, and at least one with a long one to cover the shoulders and arms from the sun. Bring two pairs of open-toed shoes and one closed-toed shoe in case of colder weather. Do not forget about hats, they should be at hand during the whole vacation.

Take the food you need with a 3-4 day supply - dry food, in case your baby needs time to adapt to the local food.

Favorite toys. There is no need to drag a whole basket of home toys with you, just one or two, but loved ones, so the child will feel safe, hugging a piece of warmth.

Going on vacation without a first aid kit is at least irresponsible. Antipyretic drugs, drugs for allergies, poisoning, problems with the gastrointestinal tract, ointments for insect bites, medicines for first aid (bandage, iodine, bactericidal plasters, peroxide) should always be at hand.

Be sure to bring the necessary hygiene products.

The technique can come in handy on the road, the child will be happy to watch his favorite cartoons and enjoy the usual melodies.

A well-prepared, safe and fun vacation will bring great pleasure to all family members. But for this you have to pay attention to a few simple rules. Have a comfortable and happy stay!
