Step 1

The questionnaire must be in English, Portuguese or Russian (in this case, in Latin letters). Step 2

The hotel confirmation must contain the names of the tourists, the hotel details and the reservation number. This can be a fax from the hotel confirming the prepayment or a printout from the sites of the booking systems (the document must have the site logo).

Step 3
