Lyubertsy is one of the largest cities near Moscow, located in the southeast of the region. It is mentioned in chronicles as early as 1691 as the village of Liberitsy-Nazarovo. This name came from the first owners of the settlement - Nazar and Libera.
You can get to Lyubertsy in several ways - by metro, then by minibus and bus, by train or car. The train during rush hours is the only means of transport by which you can get to this city near Moscow quickly.
To get to Lyuberets by metro, go to Vykhino station. Buses and fixed-route taxis run from it in the direction of the region. It is easy to find the right stop. Exit the first door of the first carriage from the center and go down from the platform. Turn left immediately without going through the underpass. On the street - once again to the left. In front of you there will be minibus stops. Almost all of them go to Lyubertsy and further - Malakhovka, Korenevo, etc. It takes about thirty minutes to drive from Vykhino to Lyubertsy without traffic jams.
You can also take the metro to Lyubertsy through the Kuzminki station. The minibus stop is located at the exit from the first carriage from the center. Going upstairs, into the underpass, turn right, then left. You will see a popular fast food restaurant - the necessary minibuses stop next to it. Nos. 507, 553 and others go to Lyubertsy. Their route is displayed on the side window. Travel time is about twenty minutes, if you can get through Volgogradsky Prospekt without traffic jams.
You can get to Lyubertsy by train from the Kazansky railway station. This is the Ryazan railway line. Lyubertsy is a big city, and on its territory there are four stations at once - "Ukhtomskaya", "Lyubertsy-1", "Lyubertsy-2" and "Panki". At the stations "Lyubertsy-1" and "Lyubertsy-2" every electric train stops, including the high-speed "Sputnik" Moscow-Ryazan.
By car to Lyubertsy you need to go along Ryazansky or Volgogradsky avenues. Having driven onto the Moscow Ring Road, look for a turn in Zhulebino, on Lermontovsky Prospekt. It will take you directly to Lyubertsy. Travel time from the center of Moscow is about forty minutes without traffic jams.
