From Khmelnitsky, the bus takes about 2 hours. In general, any interregional route to the city of Chernivtsi passes through Kamyanets-Podolsky. Keep in mind that you can get both by suburban buses to Kamenets-Podolsk, which leave from the bus stations of Khmelnytsky and Chernivtsi, and by long-distance buses that run from almost all major cities of Ukraine.
