Firstly, in order to issue a study leave, it is necessary to obtain a call-out certificate from the educational institution in which the employee-student is studying. It must contain: the last name, first name, patronymic of the student called for the session, the period of study (usually 20-26 days), the number of the certificate of state accreditation of the educational institution. Also, this certificate indicates the basis for compensation for educational leave in the amount of average earnings.

Step 2

Next, the employee who needs to be granted study leave writes a statement. It should be addressed to the head of the organization and drawn up in accordance with the reference-call, indicating the period of study leave. This application is registered by an employee of the personnel department in the journal of incoming documents.

Step 3

Then an order is drawn up on the provision of additional paid leave. This document has a unified form No. T-6. It indicates the surname, first name, patronymic of the employee who is granted vacation, the vacation period, the basis for granting the vacation - a certificate, a call, a statement from the employee. After the signature of the head, the order is recorded in the appropriate journal.

Step 4

The final stage of registration of a study leave is obtaining a confirmation certificate, which is provided by the employee at the end of the session. The absence of this document may serve as the basis for the employer's refusal to compensate for the leave, as well as the basis for imposing a disciplinary sanction on the employee. Usually, a call-out certificate, an application for a vacation, a confirmation certificate are attached to the corresponding order.
