Since July 1, 2012, the loyalty program RZD-Bonus has been operating in Russia. Passengers who use the services of the carrier Federal Passenger Company JSC (FPK), as well as travel on the Sapsan and Allegro trains, receive points for each trip. Then, the accumulated points can be used to pay for the train ticket.
To use the privileges, you need to become a member of the program. Of course, it is primarily beneficial for those who travel frequently. But the point is that points do not disappear over time. Therefore, even a passenger who travels only a few times a year or less often can accumulate an amount of points sufficient for the next trip. The amount of bonus points depends not only on the frequency of trips, but also on the value of the fare. The more expensive the ticket is, the higher the score.
Points are awarded automatically at the rate of 1 point for 3, 34 rubles, which were spent on the purchase of a railway ticket. And not just spent, the trains must be held. And the passenger did not forget to indicate his membership card number. Points are not credited immediately, but 30 days after the trip. You can find out and check all the information in your personal account. It appears for each user after registration in the system.
It is not difficult to register on the site, the main thing is that it does not hang from the influx of customers. The registration procedure is standard - you must carefully fill in the personal data. After registration, the card number of the member of the RZD-Bonus program is assigned.
In the future, when purchasing a ticket through the official website of Russian Railways, the main thing is not to forget to enter the card number in the ticket order form. But if the passenger misses this moment at the stage of purchase, then the program makes it possible to do it later. True, with the observance of some simple conditions: after the trip, more than 30 and less than 120 days have passed; the trip took place less than 30 days before joining the RZD-Bonus program.
When purchasing a ticket offline, you need to announce the card number to the cashier.
