Step 1

First of all, check your passport. It must have at least two blank pages for pasting the visa.

Fill out the online form on the website https://wiza.polska.ru/wiza/index.html. It must be in Polish, English or Russian. However, in this case, all words must be written in Latin letters. You will have 30 minutes to fill out the questionnaire. If you fail to meet the deadline, the system will prompt you to start the process over. You will then receive a unique number. Print the application form, sign it and attach a photo to it

Step 3

Now you can collect the rest of the documents. Please note that the Consular Section does not accept hotel booking confirmations sent by email. You will need the original or faxed document. It must be signed by the responsible person and stamped by the hotel. In addition, the confirmation must indicate that a payment (prepayment) has been made.

Step 4

Prepare a certificate from the employer on the letterhead of the organization, indicating the length of service, position and salary.

If you are a private entrepreneur, you must attach a copy of the certificate of registration of a legal entity or individual and a certificate of registration with the tax authority.

Step 6

Schoolchildren and students will need a certificate from the educational institution. If the trip will take place during school hours, take additional certificate that you were allowed to be absent from class.

Step 7

Retirees will need a copy of their retirement ID and a sponsorship letter from a family member funding the trip. Non-working citizens must submit a bank statement or sponsorship letter.

Step 8

You can confirm your financial solvency with a bank statement, credit cards, traveller's checks. You must have at least 25 euros per person per day.

Step 9

The medical insurance policy must have coverage of at least 30,000 euros and be valid in all countries of the European Union.

Step 10

If you are traveling by invitation, it must contain the following information: personal data, address, phone number and passport number of the inviter, purpose, travel dates and address where you will be staying, who finances the trip and degree of relationship. If you are not related, you must indicate where and when you met earlier.

Step 11

If you are traveling with children, you must attach a copy of the birth certificate and 2 photographs to the main package of documents. Sign his profile and stick one photo on it.

Step 12

If the child is traveling with one of the parents, you will need a notarized power of attorney to take the child from the other parent and a copy of his passport. If the child is traveling with third parties, you will need a notarized authorization from both parents and copies of their passports. If one of the parents is absent, it is necessary to submit the relevant documents (police certificate, etc.)

Step 13

To receive, register and receive a number. The time indicated in the questionnaire is invalid, since the submission of documents is carried out on a first come, first served basis. Then make the payment and hand over the package of documents.
