Medvedkovo is a historic district in the north-east of Moscow, which is currently divided into two parts - Severnoye Medvedkovo and Yuzhnoye Medvedkovo. The area of the entire district is approximately six square kilometers, and the population is about 200 thousand people.

From Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya they change to the Kitay-Gorod station of the Kaluzhsko-Rizhskaya line.

But from Filyovskaya, Kakhovskaya, Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya and Serpukhovsko-Timiryazevskaya lines, you need to go with two transfers. From any part of Moscow, a metro ride will take no more than 1 hour and 10 minutes.

From the metro station "Altufevo" to Medvedkovo can be reached by buses # 774 and # 601, trolleybus # 80 and route taxis # 79m, 152m, 601m. From "Alekseevskaya" there is a fixed-route taxi №270m, from "Babushkinskaya" - №174, from "Vladykino" - №53m. From VDNKh you can take bus # 93 and route taxi # 270, and from Bibirevo you can get there by buses # 32 and # 278, as well as by minibuses # 53m, # 361m and # 618m.

The easiest way to get to Medvedkovo by car is to go to the Moscow Ring Road, drive straight all the time, and then follow the signs to turn to Ostashkovskaya Street. It intersects with Shirokaya Street, where the Medvedkovo metro station is located.

True, at the exit to Ostashkovskaya Street from the Moscow Ring Road, there are often strong congestions. To get around this traffic jam, from the Moscow Ring Road you need to turn to Altufevskoe highway. Then follow Leskov Street, which will turn into Shirokaya Street. And from it to the metro "Medvedkovo" to go no more than 10 minutes.

If you get from the center, you can drive along Altufevskoe highway and turn right onto Leskova street. And then follow again to Shirokaya Street and, in fact, Medvedkovo itself.
