The easiest option available to most is a phone call. Since electric trains leave for Tver from the Leningradsky railway station of the capital, then you should call there. The telephone number of the information service (works around the clock) of the station: 8 (800) 775-00-00. Please note that calling this number will be free even from a mobile phone. Call and ask to name the departure time of the Moscow-Tver Electric Train at the time interval you need.
Step 2
Another way is to check the schedule on the internet. For this, you can use several thematic sites. These can be portals: "Russian Railways", "Tutu.ru" or "Schedules. Yandex". On any of these resources, you just need to select the station of departure (in this case, Moscow) and arrival (Tver) to get the current schedule at the moment. If you want and have a printer, you can print the information received.

If you have to be interested in information about the departure of electric trains from Moscow to Tver and back every now and then, you can install the “Electric trains” application from the Yandex company on your mobile phone.
