For protection from snow, wind and frost, a folding tent is perfect, which is convenient to transport and store due to its compactness and low weight. Having assembled the tent properly once, it can be easily assembled and disassembled in one motion when changing location.

Instructions

Step 1

Despite the fact that there are four corners in the tent, you need to make five poles. The last stance will overlap on top of the fourth when closed. Install three solid threaded bolts from bottom to top on the round duralumin plate. These bolts serve as pivots for the second, third, fourth and fifth struts.

Step 2

The first post must be rigidly secured. On top of the plate, each bolt must be firmly tightened with a nut. The middle bolt should rise above the two adjacent ones so that the fourth and fifth posts pass freely over them.

Step 3

Firmly fasten the plate with bends for the hooks of the second and third posts in the front part of the bottom of the duralumin circle. When the tent is fully open, the hooks will allow you to secure the poles. Each post, except for the fifth, has struts to keep them from folding inward. When unfolding the tent, each must be squeezed by hand, and when collecting, pull it back.

Step 4

To enhance the lateral stability of the structure, the first, second and third racks must be tied together with crosses from a narrow braid. Also, the crosspieces will prevent the tarpaulin from being pushed inward if the wind increases.

Step 5

Ribbons are sewn with a wide stitch on the inside and outside of the awning opposite each stand. And against each break of the racks and their bottom, strings are attached to the awning. By tying, the awning is attached to the frame. The film is neatly collected at the top of the awning and covered with a cover made of tarpaulin or oilcloth, clamped with a wing bolt.

Step 6

To change the place and assemble a tent for this, you need to drop the hooks, bring all the stands together with a movement of your hands. At the new place, the fourth and fifth poles must also be brought together with two hands, hooks must be put together - the tent is assembled. To prevent the awning from moving away from the posts and not being damaged by the struts, fold the tent downwind. Replace bolts and nuts with rivets to facilitate construction.
