You can get from Moscow to Kirov using the M7 Volga highway (Moscow-Nizhny Novgorod-Ufa), in Nizhny Novgorod you need to turn onto the P159 Nizhny Novgorod-Yaransk highway, which at its final point joins the A119 highway leading to Kirov … The distance along this route is about 2200 kilometers; it will take about 40-48 hours to get there.
